Macro to extract some parts of each line and send to a exce

Hi, please I need a macro that can extract Capital names (ABUELA IDOLINA), Personnal names (Traq.), distances (1.000), time (70" 2) and results (12" 1) of the following example lines and send results to a columns in new excel document

ABUELA IDOLINA (Traq.), (44” 3-58” 1), 1.000 en 70” 2 (12” 1), muy bien en la parte de abajo, por el centro de la pista, en pelo y parando en 84”, los , enseñando buena condición la flaca. (5-10-12).
