Default FAQ's Format

I'm trying to create an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) document. I would
like to use an outline format similar to Bullets & Numbering, but with just
Q) and A). Q) being the first level and A) being the second level.

Do you know if Word 2003 offers something like this or a template?

I tried to create a custom list in Bullets and Numbering, but I only need 2
levels. I don't know how to avoid having the additional multiple levels that
it defaults up to 9.
If you know how to do that, that would work for me.
