AutoNum Updating
If I have more than one AutoNum field in the same paragraph, they won't
update (increase in increments). If I put a paragraph break or a continuous break between them, they will -- but I don't want to do that. Any ideas? |

AutoNum Updating
Use Seq fields instead. Like most Word fields, Seq fields will not
*automatically* update if you later move things around, but they can be updated manually. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Mark wrote: If I have more than one AutoNum field in the same paragraph, they won't update (increase in increments). Thanks, Graham. I'll need to go learn about Seq fields. Can you point me to
a good resource? "Graham Mayor" wrote: Use Seq fields instead.
