Default Multiple email addresses?

Hi. Can Word's mail merge handle multiple email addresses in a single
field? My data source has two email addresses in each record's email
field, separated by a comma.

When I try to merge to email, it fails because it reads the entire
string as an email address. Instead, I want it to send an email to each
of the addresses in the field separated by a comma. A program called
DBMailer can do this, but I'd rather stick with Word.

Thanks,
Lenny

Word's merge to email can only handle a single addressee.

If you had the email addresses in separate fields, a modification of the
routing in the following article should enable you to do it:

"Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm

Hope this helps.
