Default Document protection

Would like to use document protection to restrict a document to particular
styles, but need to allow font changes such as bold italic for emphasis of
single words or groups of words within a paragraph.

Helen, that's a tough one. Do you want to let them paste? They'll probably
paste external styles anyway! There's lots more to consider than just
restricting styles... Give them a special paste button:

Then, just remove the styles box from the toolbar and create a custom
toolbar with only your styles in it.
