Default update mdb record

I would like to be able to update a field in a MDB record from Word. Can
this be done? Or else is there a work around?

Regards
Ming

Default update mdb record

Update how?

If you add the old Mailmerge Helper
(http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm ) you can select
the option to edit the data source. This will turn the MDB file into an
editable Word document which you would use instead of the mdb data source.
