Could someone please let me know how I can hear the sound or pronunciation of
a writen word using Microsoft Word?

Default HEARING THE SOUND OF A WORD

To clarify, you have to enter the word in the search box, choose
"Dictionary," and then click on the speaker icon in the definition to hear
it pronounced. This is cool!
