Mail Merge Database Name
Hi,
Refer to the online help titiled "Data sources you can use for a mail merge". Normally the term link is not used in such situation. The term is merge document. The source is a Microsoft Excel file and the Mergerd document is the Microsoft Word document. Hi ?B?UEFDVGludA==?=,
im currently setting up a mail merge in word 2003 and would like to insert the filename of the excel spread sheet that the word doc is linked to into the word doc itself, is this possible? There is no way to ask Word to insert this information. You'd have to type it in manually (or use a macro to enter the information).
