I have formatted text to wrap around a picture in word 2003 .i followed all
instructions but it just won't wrap. any suggestions?

You don't say what instructions you have followed or what sort of wrapping
you want (on the plus side you have said what version of Word you are using
) but, amongst other places, the text wrapping options can be found on the
Layout tab of the Format Picture dialogue. Double click the picture to bring
it up and set whatever you want to happen.
