Is it possible to transfer my office settings from home computer to work
computer?

You can transfer most but not all settings.

See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/FilesToBackup.htm.
Transferring the settings is the same as backing them up on one
computer and restoring them on the other computer.
