Default data source folder
Dear Word Gurus,
When creating a mail merge in Word 2003, is there a way to change the default folder from "My Data Sources" to another networked folder for all future mail merge documents? A previous post (some 3 years ago) said it could be done via editing the Registry, but did not specify how. (I've had a look at regedit, but couldn't locate anything that looked like the option required) ... any suggestions? Cheers JD2 |

Default data source folder
It can only be moved with reference to the My Documents folder - the
mechanism is covered at http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm or http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org JD2 wrote: Dear Word Gurus, When creating a mail merge in Word 2003, is there a way to change the default folder from "My Data Sources" to another networked folder for all future mail merge documents?
