Default Numbering

I need to number some paragraphs as follows:

1:01
1:02
etc...
1:09
1:10
etc...
2:09
2:10
etc...

Is it possible to outline number Level 1 like this please? My document will
also have Level 2 headings. I can't find this type of numbering in the help
files..

This looks like Level 2 numbering to begin with. You must have a Level 1
that sets the 1, 2, etc., and that restarts numbering from 1:01 to 2:01. If
so, use Level 2 and choose the 01, 02, 03 number style.

Default Numbering

The Level 1 heading starts "1:00 SECTION HEADING NAME." Formatted in Bold
and Underlined.

By the way, how do I get the space between the 1. and the HEADING NAME
underlined, please? When I tried it, I got the number and name only
underlined even though I did not specify "words only" in the Paragraph
format box.
The next paragraph starts on the following line - directly under SECTION
HEADING NAME i.e. indented 1 cm.

The following headings are bold but not underlined and have no words in the
heading format. I don't have to have the rest of the paragraph in bold - the
words just continue on the same line.

Sorry it's complicated but I have to make the layout the same as a printed
copy sent to me!

Thanks for your help, Suzanne.

The failure to underline the tab or space is a bug in Word 2002 and 2003. I
know this is fixed in Word 2003 by SP2--don't know about Word 2002.
