Default hyperlink in another document and jump back

I have created a hyperlink to a location in a separate word file by creating
a bookmark in that file. This bookmark is a block of 3 paragraphs. My
requirement is that after going to the hyperlinked word document, once I
reach the end of the bookmark i.e. end of 3rd para, I am automatically taken
back to the main word document to the place having the hyperlink. Is there
any way to do the same.
