Default Word - Adobe toolbar appears

Each time I open Word the Adobe PDF toolbar appears. I have tried to remove
the toolbar by using Tools / Customize / Toolbars / Delete but it keeps
coming back.

Is there any way to prevent the Adobe toolbar from appearing?

There are several techniques described. Try one of the others. You will find
one of them works for you.

Will do. I was just so excited because I actually watched Word open and then
the toolbar appear and then disappear.
