Default formatting question in the List of Figures

I'm redesigning/revising our organization's Word templates. (We're using
Word XP/Windows XP.)

In the entries for the List of Figures, I want the figure number to be
formatted in bold, and the caption and page number to appear in plain
text (without boldface).

I can't figure out how to configure the LoF in the template to do this
automatically. Can it be done?

Thanks.
Barbara
