Default network macro problem

We have network letterhead macros created as templates, set up on one of our
file servers. With Word 2003 we put shortcuts to those macros on our user's
toolbars. Recently we upgraded to Office 2007 and I want to place that
shortcut on the Quick Access toolbar.
First problem... I was able to do this on my own PC, and it ran fine - until
we had a change made to the network macro, and now I realize that it is not
updating from the server? The changes are not effective on my macros. I was
going to delete it, and recreate one correctly - but now also realized that
the edit and delete options are greyed out. I'm a little confused I do have
permissions to that file on the network .
any ideas? I try to overright it - but it doesn't change??? The macros
looks like it is assigned to both the All active Temps and docs.... and it's
original auditltr.dot template...

How can I delete this - btw, I do have Admin permissions to network file and
my local PC. What would b e the best way to get these macros to the users
as shortcuts...??? Maybe I'm going boutit wrong???

thanks for any ideas you might be able to share with me!!!!
