The document is setup in book format. I want to read the document on my
monitor in book format. How do I turn the page? I've been using "page down"
key. Is there any other, better or easier way to "turn page"?

I couldn't think of any way that's easier than a dedicated key. You can
try scrolling with your mouse, but that's hardly easier ...
