Default How align picture in outer margin with a word in msword 2003?

I use small pictures in the outer margin of my document to highlight
important concepts. Msword allows me to align pictures relative to lines or
paragraphs. Is there another method to align it with a WORD so that when the
document is reformatted it will apear in the outer margin ajacent to the word?

For a picture in the margin (not in the text itself), I think the best you
can do is align it relative to the paragraph in such a way that it will be
opposite the appropriate word. Positioning (and inserting, where possible)
graphics should always be the last thing you do in a document.
