Default how do i get 3 columns / 40 horizontal lines

is there a simple way of getting a page with 3 columns that can be shifted to
any size, and approximately 40 equally spaced horizontally lines,

Default how do i get 3 columns / 40 horizontal lines

Easy peasy, but how you do this depends on what you want to achieve. The
simplest way would be to insert a 3-column, 39-row table: set the table to
AutoFit to the Windows and set the row heights to exactly xxx (where xxx
will make the whole table fit the page exactly.

Use Format Borders to only apply to the horizontal lines. If you need
differing column widths, drag them with the mouse until they are the correct
size.

This should take around 1 - 2 minutes.
