Default Form Fields in a Table

I have created a form in a table. I have restricted one of the form fields
to a 7 character length. I would like to disallow the user from making the
cell any larger using the Enter key. Is this possible?

The usual way to accomplish this is to set a fixed height on the table row,
in the Table Properties dialog box.
