Default 2 tables per page

I have a beautifully laid out table on an A5 layout and want to print 2
copies of it per A4 page. Any ideas?

Change the page size to A4 (landscape) and (assuming you have Word 2000 or
later), select the "2 pages per sheet" option in Page Setup (*not* the one
in the Print dialog). You'll need to either duplicate the table on pages 1
and 2 or print pages 1,1.
