how to avoid e mailing documents that open in reading layout?
When I email an attachment of a word file it opens when received on a
"READING LAYOUT" view this creates a multy page document with out the headings and footers, is there any way of sending it so when it opens it does on the "PRINT LAYOUT" |

No, you do not have any control over how the recipient has their software
