Text Wrapping - Headers and Footers!?
I know that u can place a picture behind text but it doesn't seem to work

Basically, I want the Headers and footers in front of the Picture.

Text Wrapping - Headers and Footers!?
Open the header or footer, right-click on the picture, and
left-click on Format Picture | Layout | Behind Text | OK. What part of that doesn't work? A. Smart wrote: Basically, I want the Headers and footers in front of the Picture. |

Ermmmm. All of it!!!

Text Wrapping - Headers and Footers!?
When you are in the footer view you can right-click on a picture and choose
to format it. I suspect that you inserted the picture in the document body instead of the
header/footer. If the picture is anchored to the header or footer paragraph, you will be able to format it when the header/footer pane is open. -- Suzanne S.
