Address Book sort order
Hello,
I'm using Word 2003 and Outlook 2003. In Outlook, I have a contact list in my public folders. When I want to do an envelope or label and try to insert an address from this contact list, the Name column is displayed as First Name Last Name ans sorted by first name. I would like it to display "Last Name, First Name" instead and sort by last name. How can I do that? Thanks in advance, Grace |

Hi ?B?R3JhY2VKb3lz?=,
I'm using Word 2003 and Outlook 2003. As the Address Book is actually an Outlook "thingy", try asking in an Outlook group. In some versions of Office you can't change the sort order at all. In more recent versions I think you can, but... In Outlook, I have a contact list in my public folders. When I want to do an envelope or label and try to insert an address from this contact list, the Name column is displayed as First Name Last Name ans sorted by first name. I would like it to display "Last Name, First Name" instead and sort by last name.
