Assume you mean page numbering: open the header or footer in section 2 that
should contain the number. Uncheck 'Link to Previous' in the Headers and Footers toolbar. Now format the headers/footers for sections 1 and 2 independently. "Josefa" wrote in message ... I am trying to number section 2 in my word document, but the numbers also appear in section 1. What do I need to do to stop Word from numbering in section 1? |
