Default word labels page size

Since upgrading Word the label sizes do not match the pages any more. Is
there any way to customize the page size or are only the options given are
available?

I think we may need a few more details. Could it be that the default paper
size in Word or your printer driver has changed? You can change the paper
size in Word through Page Setup (change the paper size, then click
Default... and answer yes).
