Default Word - auto replace old text with new text (names)

How do I automatically replace orignal text (Name) with new text name through
out a Word letter ie, replace Mr Smith with J Mr ones

Default Word - auto replace old text with new text (names)

Press shortcut keys CTRL H
Type in Find: Mr Smith
Replace: Mr Jones

This is a simple find/replace there are many options in this feature of Word
available,
