I m looking for a Word based program to help translate documents from English
into Dutch.

If it is merely to get an idea of what the English text says in Dutch then
there are any number of on-line translation services available. If you want
to translate the document, and not have a Dutch speaker laugh at your
efforts, get a human translator to translate the documents, as computer
translations are inadequate for the task.

I am totally agree with you and there is no need to react instantly - you can take your time, think, choose a better variant, use a dictionary, consult a specialist, etc.

Use Babylon or better than Babylon, use Google translator... it's free.....
