Default Invalid Pointer [can't run Word]

Hello,
After adding the add-ins, EN8CWYW.dot and EN8CwywWordXP.wll to the Word
Startup folder I receive a message; Invalid Pointer, and if no error message
the program will crash. An additional file is always created in the folder;
~$N8CWYW.dot
Any suggestions will be most helpful at this point.
Thank you in advance.

What do these add-ins do? Also, I'm wondering if the .wll file might not be
supposed to be somewhere else, to be called by the .dot file.

I would suggest dumping that add-in.

This is EndNote?

You might check their support site:
http://endnote.com/support/ensupport.asp

http://endnote.com/support/faqs/CWYW/index.asp

Check Help or the manual re manual installation of the add-in to make sure
it is in the right place.
