How would I put into words "Position has been filled" letter to job applicants?

We do not deal with content. I would suggest using Google and searching for
something that will suit your needs.

How about, "I'm sorry, but that position has been filled"?

This discussion group normally deals with how to use Microsoft Word, rather
than with how to write.
