How do I print off a data source in mail merge?
After setting up a mail merge with a data source I then need to print off a
list of the addresses seperately, but I can't find how to print off the data source, if indeed you can, can anybody help? |

How do I print off a data source in mail merge?
Create another merge document but use a Catalog or Directory (depends
on the version of Word you are using) instead of Letter. This will merge all records into a document without inserting a next page section break between the records.
