how to edit letter wizard/sender info/closing/job title
I made a typo with a job title. Every time I go to edit it it adds the
edited job title as an additional job title. Unfortunately the typo was at the end of the job title so now I am not sure which "nominating committee chairman" I am choosing until I actually see it on the document. Any help would be greatly apreciated!! |

Was this an AutoText entry? Instead of creating a new entry, you should have
saved the revised entry with the same name as the previous one, then answered "yes" when Word asked if you wanted to overwrite the entry. I suspect, however, that instead of giving your entry a short name, you accepted the text of the entry as its name. The solution is to open the AutoText dialog (Insert | AutoText | AutoText), delete both entries, and start from scratch. -- Suzanne S.
