Likely, the merge field is formatted smaller. Make sure it's not BEFORE you
merge. ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "Clarissa0046" wrote in message ... Can anyone help me one of my merge fields produces the text in smaller font size than the rest Why? |

Toggle the field display - ALT+F9 - to give you {Mergefield fieldname}
Change that to {Mergefield fieldname \*charformat} Toggle back then update - F9. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Clarissa0046 wrote: Can anyone help me one of my merge fields produces the text in smaller font size than the rest Why? |
