Default Can you reopen a document & start with cursor where you left off?

Can you save a document and then reopen it later and have the cursor start
where you last saved the document?

Press Shift+F5, the "GoBack" command. This remembers the last three places
in the document where you made a change (but not where you only placed the
cursor but didn't do anything).
