Default Mail Merge using 3 up postcards

I am trying to use 3 part postcard paper (8 1/2 x 11 paper with 3 separate
postcards per page) to do a mail merge in Word 2002. I've got it almost
working, but I can't get it to print the next set of merge data in the 2nd
and 3rd postcard sections. It does merge the data correctly, but each set of
data is printed on a separate page.

Set it up as a label merge which makes things easier

If you have it as a form letter merge, you'll need a Next record field at
the start of cards 2 and 3.

I put a Next field at the start of cards 2 and 3, and it did put the correct
data into the merge fields (one hurdle overcome), but now it's starts the
next postcard (with new data) immediately after the last piece of data on the
first card. I have 2 columns of information..1st column is our address,
various client info/reminders and a message, the 2nd column is just for the
client address. The client address position changes depending on how many
lines the 1st column uses. Is there a way to Lock the position of the client
address so it doesn't shift up...possibly allowing the 2nd & 3rd postcards to
print on their respective pages? I tried to lock the address field using
Ctrl F11, but then it didn't allow the merge data to be entered. Thank you
for your help!

As far as Word is concerned 3-up postcards are labels. Start by creating a
label merge and insert your data in the first label and propagate to the
others as shown in http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm

I wanted to thank you for your help. I did set it up as a label and it
worked. It took some trial and error, but I finally got it. Thank you very
much!
