Hi.
How can i make a diary for my work in the office? Maybe there is a template.

Use Outlook. That's what it is for.

Default Diary in Word

There are a couple of tempaltes at the Microsoft site, but not what I think
you are looking for. Most likely you would be better off using Outlook or
even Excel. Here is the link for the templates:
