right margin not honored
Page Setup says Portrait, Left and Right margins are set at 0.5" but the
Right Margin seems to be much larger--maybe 4-6 times larger--than the Left Margin. This is consistent throughout the document: text ends short of the setting; Centered text is not centered. Please help! |

Sorry: using Office 2003 (Word 2003, SP2).

Does your document have comments or tracked changes?
If you have turned on Balloons in Tools Options Track Changes tab and if you are in €śFinal Showing Markup€ť view (Reviewing toolbar), Word will make a wide right margin for the balloons. Is there a right indent specified for text? Look in Format |

Thanks! that fixed it. I hadn't noticed the change farther down in the
