Default Speech Recognition in Word 2007

I have Office 2007 and so would like to know that how to start Speech
Recognition in Word 2007. I dont have the option of Speech Recognition in
Control Panel's Speech Option. So please guide me.

Default Speech Recognition in Word 2007

Speech Recognition is not part of Office 2007. The feature was moved to
Windows. For XP, see if the "Speech Recognition SDK" doesn't help you
out.
