Some keyboard shortcuts are not working in Word
I created new keyboard shortcuts with the customize keyboard dialogue box.
They have worked in the past in documents and still work now in a normal.dot new document. However, I created a new document from a Template I created a while ago that I haven't used in a long time and the shortcuts are not working. Is there a setting I might have selected for that template that is not allowing certain shortcuts to work? The shortcut is for formatting: increasing or decreasing the indent. |

Some keyboard shortcuts are not working in Word
There are built-in shortcuts for increasing and decreasing the indent
(Ctrl+M and Ctrl+Shift+M). But were your shortcuts saved in Normal.dot or in the specific template? -- Suzanne S.
