Zip code is thrown to another line in mail merge, why?
After merging, the zip code is on the line below City, State although I
didnot use a return when selecting. How to I eliminate this? |

How did you insert the address fields and where?
Inserting into a fixed width table (eg a label) or frame (eg envelope) any data that doesn't fit the allocated space will be forced down to the next line. Insert the individual fields you want, where you want and if there are extra lines, check your data file.
