merging two data source files
Hello,
I have created a data source file for a mail merge using the mail merge wizard. The file is saved as a .mdb file. I would like to have both myself and another person enter data into the source file by giving each of us an identical copy of it. But then I would like to combine the two so that there is one master list with all the recipients. I know the easiest way would probably be to pass the file back and forth, but we need to work on it at the same time. Is there a fairly straightforward way to accomplish combining the two files, which will be identically set up other than the data entered? I've never worked with an .mdb file before, so I'm not really familiar with its functionality. Thanks in advance! |
