table of contents in thesis
I am writing a thesis and have made a table of contents. I need to add in a
heading saying "Table of Contents" and then the "Chapter" on one side and "Page #" on the other end of the page. Also since the table of contents is coming on more than one page, I need headings of " Table of contents (contd)" on the other pages as well. Can anyone tell me how to insert all this text in the middle of the table of contents? |
