Mail Merge Data Format
I have a colleague that is insistent that you can list data vertically in an
Excel file and still use it as a data sourse for a mail merge. So instead of your headers running left to right and having a single row of data for each merged item, you have a column of data for each merged item. Is this possible? Thanks! |

Mail Merge Data Format
Have your colleague show you how to do it and do please post back here with
the information so that we can all learn. p.s. I know that you cannot do it with mail merge. You could however write a macro that would allow you to create multiple documents containing data from the columns of a spreadsheet that was arranged that way. -- Hope this helps.
