Disabling Tracking Changes Problem
My Word has suddenly decided I should track changes on every document. I
don't want to track changes, but whatever I do to try and shut it off doesn't work. Tools/Track Changes does nothing. "Help" hasn't helped either. How do I get it disabled, and stay disabled? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! Thx Dave WinXP SP3 Office(Word) 2003 |

In such stubborn cases, it maybe necessary to open Normal.dot itself and
turn it off (if it's on). If you don't know how to find or open Normal.dot, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/...ocNotBlank.htm -- Suzanne S.
