Default Greeting field in mail merge

how can I change the Mr. or Mrs. to Dr.? There is no way to just use Dear
and last name. The old mail merge used to give you more flexibility with the
fields. Help!

Default Greeting field in mail merge

Do not use the AddressBlock/Greeting Line fields.. Just insert the
individual merge fields and any other text that you want in the
configuration that you want it.
