Default Toolbar to Add-ins tab

I had a template in word 2003 with a toolbar
I opened the template in word 2007 and the toolbar is still there only
in the add-ins tab.
So far so good.
I change the template and the toolbar and it is still visible in the
add-ins tab.
Now i close the template and make a new document using the template.
The whole template does it's thing but the add-ins tab displays for a
brief moment and then disappears :s
Now i can't see the toolbar (add-ins tab)
The template is written in vba code but the toolbar isn't build up in
vba only the macro's are.
Anyone got any idea's?
