open word in full screen
Hi ?B?U3R1YXJ0?=,
I have created a large word document that I would like to open up in full screen view when a user clicks on the short cut. I am using word 2000 & windows XP. I dont want this to affect other word documents when they are open in normal view. Try this (with a copy of the document): Start the macro recorder; name the macro AutoOpen; make sure it's being saved in the document, itself. Record the steps to go into the View you want Stop the macro recorder Now try closing, then re-opening the document Cindy Meister INTER-Solutions, Switzerland http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister (last update Jun 8 2004) http://www.word.mvps.org This reply is posted in the Newsgroup; please post any follow question or reply in the newsgroup and not by e-mail :-) |

open word in full screen
Hello Cindy
Im afraid this doesnt work, The macro doesnt activate on opening the document. Also I would need Word to resort back to normal view after the document is closed. Did you name the macro AutoOpen as instructed? And save it in the document
