X ANY PAGINATION
View Header and Footer...
Put your insertion point (cursor) where you want the information to show up. In the header for top of page, in footer for bottom. A toolbar will pop up with AutoText available. Find the Page X of Y entry and use it. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
