Default Sorting Merged data Word and Access

How do I sort my merged data alphabetically WITHIN each merged record... ie:
Mr Smith has ordered 10 items, Mrs Smith has ordered 3 items - they each need
letters, and the items ordered need to show alphabetically in the letter.

I would suggest that you use an Access Report. It is far easier to do this
sort of thing there than in Word.

Hope this helps.
