Default How do I do a 'send as' for mail merge?

Hi everyone, I'm doing a mail merge for my manager and I would like to send
it out as them. I have send as priveleges, how do I go about sending the
mailmerge out as my manager? Do I need to setup his outlook profile on my
PC?

Thanks,
FC

In order to send mails purporting to be from your manager, you will have to
send from an account that has his data and that must be the default e-mail
account at your terminal. The simplest way would be to set up an e-mail
account (as default for the duration of the exercise) which has the
manager's return e-mail address details and add his sig. block. This can be
a duplicate of your own account with different contact information.

Worked like a charm. I setup a profile for my boss and got Outlook to
prompt for which profile to use. So if I need to send out the mail merge as
him, I choose his profile.

Thanks!
